About the role
As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service, maintaining shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding your customers will help you deliver the best service and build long-term loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
* Prioritize the customer by proactively acknowledging them, identifying their needs, and resolving queries or complaints effectively.
* Engage customers with the John Lewis brand through personalized and social marketing.
* Monitor sales performance to support promotions and seasonal changes.
* Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
* Suggest ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Basic IT literacy skills.
* Strong communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
