We're a merchant bank connecting growth-stage founders with family offices and institutional investors across New York, London, Dubai, and Hamburg.
This role sits at the center of our investor relations engine.
What you'll actually do:
You'll join investor calls with our portfolio companies — up to 15 per day — and own the note-taking, action items, and follow-up tracking across every conversation. Founders pitch. Investors ask questions. You capture everything that matters and feed it into the systems our team uses to move deals forward.
This is not a coffee-fetching analyst role. The notes you take are the institutional memory of our pipeline. Get them right and deals close. Miss something and we lose a check.
You're a fit if:
— You're done with university and ready to work full-time (this is not a side project or internship) — You write fast, listen carefully, and can summarize a 30-minute call in 5 bullet points without losing the signal — You're curious about how venture capital actually works — term sheets, valuations, family office dynamics, founder psychology — You can sit through back-to-back calls without your attention degrading — You're organized enough to keep 15 conversations a day from blending into mush
You're not a fit if:
— You need a slow ramp or lots of hand-holding — You see this as a stepping stone to \"real VC\" rather than the actual job — You're hoping to pitch ideas before you've earned the seat
What you get:
Front-row exposure to dozens of growth-stage companies and the investors writing checks into them. Within 6 months, you'll have seen more pitches, objections, and closes than most associates see in two years. We promote from within, fast.
