Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a full-time (10 PAs) Consultant in West CMHT, Leeds. This community-based post involves developing a therapeutic, holistic model based on psychological formulation, safety planning, risk management, and trauma-informed care to facilitate community treatment and reduce hospital admissions. The postholder will provide expert advice and consultancy, supporting the multidisciplinary team (MDT), to influence systemic change in the CMHT, impacting hospital admission rates and home-based treatments.
