As a Technical Operator, youll be hands-on with state-of-the-art food manufacturing equipment including packaging lines, seasoning systems, conveyors, and high-speed filling machines. Youll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with a strong focus on quality and performance. Duties of the Technical Operator: Operating and monitoring machinery in line with production targets and safety protocols. Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime. Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Working closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Training teams. Driving improvements by suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working. Using digital tools, such as Redzone to track production and report issues.
