Provide commercial advice and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Contribute to the setup and operations of the new Bristol office, fostering a culture of excellence.

A mix of contracting and residential expertise is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with membership in RICS (or working towards it) preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in industry software (e.g., CostX, Causeway) and a solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like office environment while contributing to national-scale projects.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
