The Role
Working within a Childrenswear footwear team, youll play a key role from design concept to delivery, partnering closely with Designers, Buyers and Merchandisers to ensure product quality never drops.
Youll:
* Support the footwear technology process across the full critical path
* Drive quality improvements, innovation and best practice
* Approve products and manage suppliers against agreed standards
* Conduct risk assessments and analyse product testing data
* Ensure compliance with performance, safety, legal and sustainability requirements
* Manage in-season quality, audits and continuous improvement activity
What Youll Bring
* Experience or qualifications in Footwear Technology
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, construction and performance
* Exceptional attention to technical detail
* A genuine interest in childrens footwear and product quality
