What You’ll Bring
* Chartered (CEng MICE or MIStructE).
* Deep technical knowledge and a high standard of structural design.
* Strong leadership skills – you know how to get the best out of people.
* Business development instincts – you're confident in networking and creating opportunity.
* Passion for training, mentoring and growing teams.
* Up-to-date CPD and ideally, SER certification (or interest in becoming certified).
Bonus Points If You...
* Have experience in resource planning and reporting.
* Understand the commercial side of engineering projects and can track profitability.
* Have existing industry connections and like getting out there to grow your network.
