As part of your role you will be doing the following; Wash and dress patients Personal Care Serve meals and help to feed patients Help people to move around Make beds Make patients feel comfortable Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. You will be required to: Provide personal care and attention for each resident, and follow the activities of daily living in accordance with the planned care. Work in a person centred way, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. Be involved in the general activities of the home.
