As a Systems Training Officer, you will play an essential role in assisting services to maximise the effectiveness of their line of business applications. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare course curriculum, agenda, and training resources for formal and informal training sessions.
* Develop training materials, online resources, and videos to support ongoing learning and process mapping.
* Drive systems use and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
* Provide classroom-based training or one-to-one coaching based on training needs.
* Report regularly on training progress and coverage to target future sessions effectively.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in delivering training and developing training materials.
* Strong knowledge of line of business applications and data compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Flexibility to occasionally work evenings for resident training.
* Hybrid working and remote working options.
