Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company and brand.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Prior customer service experience is preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* A positive and friendly attitude towards customers
* Fluency in English is required
* English Level (Advanced)
* Call Center previous experience is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
40 hours per week. Sundays and one day off during the week; and special Saturdays until 4:00 pm.
Base Salary $650 + performance bonus. Up to $900 monthly.
