Two Rivers Medical Centre has an opportunity for an administrator to join our busy practice support team and assist in the smooth delivery of excellent patient care. This role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility considered for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job
* Review and summarize incoming patient medical records.
* Extract relevant clinical information for coding.
* Enter data accurately into the clinical system.
* Apply appropriate Read/SNOMED codes.
* Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.
* Liaise with clinical staff for clarification when needed.
* Support QOF, audits, and clinical reporting.
* Work to agreed targets and deadlines.
* Contribute to efficient record-keeping and patient care.
* Perform other administrative duties as required.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C / 4 or above.
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Health and Social Care, Pharmacy Services, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Experience
* Experience as a note summariser/administrator, with excellent IT, time management, and organizational skills.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to work confidentially and discreetly.
* Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently.
* Flexibility to work additional or alternative hours as needed to cover colleagues.
* Primary care experience is desirable but not essential.
