The Role: Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager this crucial role has control of accurate, timely invoice and payment processing to ensure continued successful business relationships. This role is high volume so would suit someone that thrives in a busy environment and can potentially spot ways to utilise our Access Financials purchase ledger system to streamline and refine our processes. Responsibilities Providing accounting support. Check and process high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring approval. Statement Reconciliation. Managing payment runs and investigating payment queries. Processing ad-hoc payment requests. Maintaining supplier records and sanction searches on potential new suppliers. Demonstrating good judgement in questioning current processes/procedures and submitting recommendations for the development of more efficient solutions. Qualifications Who are Solus?
