The Role And Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking a versatile Support Engineer with some experience in technical support. You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential, and a good understanding of customer service.



* Evaluate and prioritise customer support cases.
* Build and develop strong customer relationships.
* Troubleshoot and resolve support queries.
* Ensure that all SLAs are met.
* Provide support and assistance to all staff.


Skills Required:


* Customer focused attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to adapt and work with new technologies.
* Motivation to learn new skills and technology.
* Good time management skills.
* Complex problem solving.


Desired but not essential (achievable in role):


* Working knowledge of G Suite Apps and Admin console.
* G Suite Administrator Certification.
