We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Manager to join our friendly primary school team. This pivotal role involves leading and coordinating a small, dedicated office team in a busy and fast-paced school environment. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude with an ability to look for solutions and take responsibility for their own work. You will need to have experience of working in a very demanding and constantly changing environment and is able to remain calm under pressure.
