ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY - 5 YEARS COMPANY SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED £41K - £56K + Bonus & Benefits Hybrid (Doncaster)
Our client, a leading industrial services group, seeks a Company Secretarial professional. To own the schedule of meetings of all boards of directors, committees of the boards of Directors and other ad- hoc committees and to ensure that all members and attendees are informed of the dates and times. Compliance : To maintain UK statutory company records using both physical and electronic filing systems, making filings to Companies House ensuring all information held is correct and filings are made in a timely manner
Maintain department spreadsheets, company registers, archives, and records. Support the Group’s businesses with various requests, including KYC requests and due diligence processes
Document Management : Format, proof read and prepare documents and presentations. Governance Projects : Support governance projects, including board effectiveness reviews, and organise board and committee meetings, take minutes, and track action points
You should have at least five years Company secretarial and board experience, ideally operating within a group of companies and be fully experienced in using all the Microsoft programmes, including visio. The role is 50% WFH and the office is close to the A1/M18 junction or a few minutes on the bus from Doncaster station.
