Responsibilities
* Performing management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* Operating on commercial, industrial, and residential sites within the London and the Southeast
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients, colleagues, and the public
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of asbestos legislation to ensure compliance with company policies and UKAS accreditation
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* BOHS P402 Certification
* Valid UK Driving License
* Exceptional communication abilities
* Strong reading and writing skills
* A diligent work ethic
* At least 2 years of experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
