Rate of Pay: £95.00 - £110.00 per day
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Are you a patient, resilient, and caring Behaviour Mentor with a genuine passion for supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We are currently partnering with a friendly and inclusive specialist school in Warrington that is looking to welcome a committed SEMH Behaviour Mentor to their supportive team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who benefit from consistency, encouragement, and guidance to succeed both academically and personally.
While prior classroom experience is not essential, you should have a solid understanding and awareness of SEN/SEMH needs.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Build positive relationships with students, recognising their individual needs and providing tailored support during lessons.
Apply effective behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support a well-rounded approach to each student's progress and development.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor supporting students with additional needs is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students through patience and empathy.
Adaptability in responding to varying needs and adjusting support strategies accordingly.

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
