Our client, a fast‑growing energy technology company focused on trading and optimisation of energy storage and renewable assets, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Oxford.
What you will do...
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams across the UK and Australia to deliver high‑impact technical and product initiatives.
* Support project planning, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
* Maintain clear visibility of project progress using tools such as JIRA.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring smooth coordination between Product and Tech teams.
What I need from you...
* Proven experience managing technical projects within software development or data science environments.
* Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Proficiency in JIRA and other project tracking tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
