Job Description

We’re looking for an experience Administrator to join our Derby based client. This varied role covers administration, invoices, CRM updates, marketing, and reporting. Our client can consider shorter hours across 4/5 days or full time.

Monday - Friday
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days at home
£25-30k

Ideal for candiadtes based in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage back-office operations, invoices, and commissions
2. Update CRM, document systems, and emails
3. Support marketing: social media, website, blogs, and collateral
4. Managing staff holidays
5. Liaise with customers, partners, and suppliers
Skills & Experience:
6. Strong admin experience
7. Able to work independantly
8. Office 365 (Word, Excel) proficiency
9. Able to workk flexibility and support across the business.
10. Able to work independently, reliable, and detail-oriented
