Digital Marketing Executive
Wewers looking for a dynamic, driven individual to join our growing marketing agency as a Digital Marketing & Account Executive. This is a hybrid hands-on digital marketing role. Youll play a key role in both delivering outstanding marketing results for our growing, dynamic client base and also for our own internal software product, helping us drive new business growth.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to step into a new commercially involved position. We are looking for an individual who specialises in Google Ads, Google Analytics and similar platforms.
Salary, hours and location
* Full time 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
* Opportunity for hybrid working (must be able to commute to Kidderminster).
* Salary £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Digital Marketing: Supporting the delivery of online campaigns (social, email, PPC).
* Creating content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
* Managing and growing brand and client presence across digital platforms.
* Analyzing performance via Google Analytics and social metrics.
* Assisting with SEO strategies and content updates.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
* Google professional Certificates would be a plus.
Skills and Tools
* Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus.
