One of our leading drylining clients has fully embraced design and build with BIM (Revit) over the past 18 months and are pushing forward at pace. Theyre trailblazing the way to create a BIM system that truly works and they need a strong, decisive BIM Manager to lead it.
You will take full ownership of the BIM model, building it from scratch, managing clash detection, and leading the coordination process across the design team. You will delegate design work effectively, while ensuring high-quality, efficient model delivery.
This is a role for someone with vision, resilience, and the ability to recognise and seize opportunities. Make no mistake, challenges will arise as this is a design team that is evolving, learning, and building something meaningful together but you will beat the heart of it.
We need for this role:
1. A robust, no-nonsense BIM Manager with hands-on Revit experience.
