Responsibilities: As a Digital Transformation Officer, I will ask you to work across our Customer Sites utilizing advanced data and technology to decrease the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating back-office systems. You’ll collaborate closely with on-site operations teams to enhance data quality and utilization, aligning with operational and client requirements. Your role will involve rethinking back-office processes to eliminate unnecessary paper processes and administrative tasks while supporting project rollouts. You will take ownership of operational data, maintaining it to the highest standard, and create monthly reports using Power BI for the Customer Sites. By leveraging the latest technological advances, you will optimize efficiency and drive improvements. Additionally, you will support the implementation of our digital training strategy to deliver end-user training on our new training platform and help deliver product roadmaps in collaboration with the central operational systems team.
