Vacancy Description
Be the key driver for order management across all networks.
Responsibilities
* Review and manage customer enquiries and orders to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
* Partner with the performance analyst to ensure company finance, inventory and ordering are met.
* Follow up delivery flows from product request to final delivery to ensure deadlines are met including external vendors.
* Manage cross-border and cross-network transfers when necessary.
* Allocate daily stock between networks according to market recommendations.
Support Boutiques and POS Operations
* Follow up product reservations.
* Claims consolidation and submission.
* Perform regular stock returns according to markets recommendations.
* Involvement in special projects to optimise supply chain flow.
* Regularly visit local Boutiques and build relationships with external partners within the scope of responsibilities.
Monitoring
* Ensure smooth operations, clean stock and orders throughout the supply chain.
* Analyze complex situations and determine best solutions for troubleshooting.
* Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency in our current processes.
Product Operations Support
* Constantly strive to optimise existing flows and processes.
* Champion the team across the business / Be an ambassador for your team.
* Cross functional support – be able to support other team members.
