The role will involve leading the hardware engineering team, overseeing the design and deployment of FPGA platforms, validating and testing hardware designs, and driving strategic initiatives to maintain a technological edge in high‑performance trading systems.
The Ideal Head Of Hardware Will Have
* 10+ years of experience in FPGA design, digital logic, and low‑latency system development.
* Proven expertise in RTL coding, test bench creation, synthesis, timing analysis, and emulation.
* Proficiency in System Verilog, Xilinx FPGA tools, and programming languages such as C++, Rust, and Python.
* Strong leadership and mentoring experience within engineering teams.
* Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins and a solid understanding of hardware‑software integration.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
