What you will do
* Assist in deciding technical direction across the organisation.
* Contribute to the architecture and product roadmap.
* Collaborate with other team members and knowledge share.
* Discuss architectural concerns affecting various areas of the company.
* Participate in coding activities that are in support of design outcomes.
What you will need
* To be able to translate corporate strategy into technical strategy.
* Senior level experience with Java
* Ability to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in an enterprise system.
* Excellent communication skills and desire to learn new skills.
* To be a technical leader and coach.
* Be aware of the applicability of new technologies.
