Warner *Music is* looking for an *experienced* person to work *in* the ticketing and live section of *its growing* Warner *Music* Experiences business*. The Senior Manager**,* International *Ticketing and Experiential* Marketing *will* work *alongside* labels*,* *artist management and various WMX teams* to *implement and execute thoughtful*, *custom products and experiences*. *This will include* ticket *presales, VIP/merchandise programs* and *leveraging deals with* ticket *agents to* offer *music and merchandise* alongside *event* tickets. Reporting *into the Director,* International *Ticketing and* Experiential Marketing, *you will* be part *of a* fast paced and *exciting growth* area *of* the business*.*This *role* offers significant *opportunities* to showcase *creativity in developing* and *designing* campaigns. In *this position**,* *you will play a critical* role *in pitching not only ticketing* and *VIP/merchandise programs*, *but wider* offerings to existing *WMG* artists/mgmt *as* well as non*-WMG entities*.- *Work with* WMG *territories to maintain understanding of all local requirements, preferences and trends* Assist *in monitoring our customer service* inbox*,* *ensuring VIP* customers receive *a response within 48 hours*- *Work with* the *Merchandise* team *to collect quotes and* place *orders for* package merchandise *production*, *as well as ensuring timely delivery** *Excellent attention to detail** *Excellent communication* skills and ability to convey information efficiently* *Project management skills** *Problem*-*solving* skills- *Ideal candidate will* have *minimum of 6-7 years*' *experience in* the ticketing *and* live *music* industry *(experience working directly with artist managers, booking agencies*, *and promoters* is *preferred)* *Existing live event* industry relationships- *Knowledge* of *UK, Europe and* ROW markets- *Experience* working *within a record* label *environment*
