What you’ll do:
* Support the daily operation of hospitality and fine dining services, ensuring high standards at all times.
* Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence.
* Leading, developing, and motivating a passionate team, including rota planning, recruitment and training.
* Assist with financial duties such as stock control, ordering and basic cost monitoring.
* Help drive engagement initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
* Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients and visitors.
* Ensure compliance, safety and operational procedures are consistently upheld.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in hospitality supervision or a similar customer-focused role. Ideally with a restaurant background.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* A personable, confident communicator who delivers excellent client-facing service.
* A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Reliability and professionalism.
