Description About Epta Join the Epta UK Aftersales Team as a Parts Co-ordinator on a temporary to permanent contract and play a key role in supporting aftersales as a team. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment working alongside like-minded colleagues in a team that value ideas and supports others. This exciting role is based in our Bradford office and offers hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) upon completion of training period. Weekly hours are 37.5hours with working hours of 08:00 to 16:15. Your Contribution The ideal candidate will carry out a multitude of tasks relating to stock. A positive and proactive approach is required with a willingness to learn the role in full and adapt to customers needs. You will report directly to the Epta UK Aftersales Parts Team Leader. In addition to the below you will be required to carry out any general duties outlined by your manager. Responsibilities Management of purchase orders and updating relevant internal systems. Material code management ensuring codes are current and correctly updated. Stock management to ensure levels are accurate. Building and enhancing relationships with customers by using your ability to liaise effectively at all levels. Logistics to include management of specialist transport. Your Journey You have a strong and proactive approach, be open to change and adapt to the customers needs as required. Have the ability to work well in a small and focused team as well as independently. Show initiative and have strong communication skills. Additionally, you should bring: IT: Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Teams. Stock management experience preferable. SAP / Salesforce experience preferable. Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Management of purchase orders and updating all relevant internal systems Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes Managing engineer’s parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLAs Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels Paperwork processes and management The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required All general duties as outlined by your Department Manager Qualifications Skills & key competencies: IT: word, excel, email, SAP (training will be given) Good proven problem-solving skills Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions. Customer Service experience Parts product knowledge preferable Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work towards deadlines.
