The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced administrators to join the ‘Bolton Family’ and support Adults Social Care. You will work closely with Managers, Health Professionals, Social Workers, and other admin team members, fostering strong multi-agency practice. Join a dedicated team proud of their service and committed to delivering excellent support.
The administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth service operations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing effective and efficient administrative support
2. Delivering frontline customer service
3. Handling queries from professionals and the public, and directing them to relevant teams
4. Assisting senior administrative staff with task management
5. Managing mail distribution and monitoring supplies
6. Organizing activities, resources, and events, including travel and meeting arrangements
7. Processing payments in accordance with policies
8. Arranging and attending multi-agency meetings, including minute-taking
9. Supporting information system maintenance
About You
Applicants should have experience in administration or office work, with strong communication skills to present information clearly, both verbally and in writing. You should be organized, able to plan and prioritize, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with the ability to produce accurate, professional documents. Experience handling cash and monitoring payments is also required.
