You will join the Human Resources (HR) team that plays a critical role in driving the employee experience, shaping the firm’s culture, and building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
As an Executive Recruiter - Vice President within the Investment Banking recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) business. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will identify, engage, and successfully recruit senior banking talent, supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities include working on open role searches, ongoing candidate engagement, development, and presentation. You will support all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including market intelligence, market mapping, and confidential projects. Building strong relationships with senior managers and candidates through consultative, strategic leadership is essential for success.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead full lifecycle recruitment from approach to closure.
2. Serve as the primary recruiting contact for multiple client groups within CIB.
3. Source qualified candidates via various channels and ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
4. Demonstrate expert understanding of business-specific recruiting needs.
5. Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and the advantages of employment with the firm.
6. Conduct compensation discussions with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate offer closures.
7. Provide market data to support client needs.
8. Partner with stakeholders (HR Advisory, Compensation, Business Management) on recruiting strategy and reporting.
9. Utilize and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Extensive experience with full lifecycle recruiting, especially within Investment Banking.
* Experience in both search firms and corporate environments.
* Strong project management skills managing complex, multiple searches.
* Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
* Comfort with direct sourcing and selling opportunities to employed candidates.
* Effective interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
* Innovative, results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* Experience handling confidential information.
* Knowledge of executive compensation packages and negotiation skills.
* Strong executive presence and credibility.
Preferred Qualifications
* Agency or executive search experience preferred.
* Solid understanding of the Investment Banking market.
