Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver individualised packages of care for a personal caseload within secondary services.
* Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new referrals.
* Act as shift coordinator when required, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
* Deputise for the manager or deputy manager when necessary.
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
