Prospero Teaching is working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Sheffield that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is to cover a maternity leave and will involve teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Role:
1. Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
2. Plan and assess pupils’ progress in line with the national curriculum.
3. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
5. Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
6. Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
7. Be confident in managing classroom behaviour.
8. Be committed to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
