We have a fantastic opportunity within our HR Department for a CSR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the profile of Stateside Foods in the local and surrounding areas to position us as the employer of first choice. This will involve supporting and developing our internal and external CSR initiatives in line with our CSR strategy, communicating company news via newsletter, website, social media, and local newspapers, and maintaining links with external contacts such as local councils, schools, and colleges.
The role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives, monitoring social impacts of charity, community, and school activities, and supporting internal communications, including creating messages for various channels and promoting employee wellbeing.
External communication responsibilities include developing media content, managing social media and website updates, and producing promotional literature for events and recruitment.
Learning & Development duties involve supporting online training courses, managing training data, and creating content for intranet support guides.
CSR duties encompass working with local educational institutions, promoting manufacturing careers, supporting community and charity events, and maintaining awareness of initiatives like GroceryAid and Investors in People status.
The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
