You will be working with up to 12 pupils, delivering tailored learning and making a genuine impact on their academic and personal development.

The Role
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching within the resource base
* Support a small cohort of up to 12 children with additional needs
* Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants to maximise pupil support
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
* Liaise with parents, SENCO, and external professionals
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience working with SEN / specialist provision / resource bases
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management and emotional intelligence
* Is patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education
* Can confidently differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
* Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and parents
* Is committed to making a lasting difference in children’s lives
