We are recruiting for an exciting 12-month maternity cover position as a Senior HR Advisor, focusing heavily on employee relations. Experience at a senior level in ER is essential.
You will collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to support leadership and influence managers on employee relations matters.
Role Description and Key Requirements:
* Provide credible, expert ER advice to stakeholders at all levels on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, TUPE, redundancy, and reasonable adjustments.
* Tailor advice based on employment status (employee, worker) and organizational risks.
* Accurately track cases on the case management system and review data to inform actions.
* Coach managers on ER matters to enhance leadership capabilities.
* Maintain knowledge of UK employment law and share updates with the team.
* Deliver engaging ER training sessions.
* Collaborate with the ER Team, HRBPs, and wider HR team to meet key priorities.
* Use case insights to inform policy reviews and develop management tools.
* Conduct complex investigations, report findings professionally, and consider risks.
* Draft professional outcome letters for complex ER cases, including whistleblowing, harassment, and discrimination.
* Manage ER cases effectively according to success metrics.
* Support Head of ER in project completion.
