* Salary: Up to £55,000 (negotiable)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company that is looking to add a skilled BMS Service Engineer to its team covering the Yorkshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in Trend or Tridium systems to step into a key service and maintenance role.
Role Overview
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial and industrial sites
* Software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy adjustments
* Monitoring and improving energy performance through BMS analytics
* Reactive maintenance and emergency callouts
* BMS hardware and panel modifications as systems evolve
* Producing clear service and fault reports
* Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure effective communication
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems
* Valid CSCS/ECS site card
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and professional attitude
* Full UK Driving Licence required
