Hybrid 3 days on-site (Kendal LA9 4ED) / 2 days from home Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week with flexible start and finish times £15.82 £17.79 per hour pending pay award (backdated to 1 April) THE ROLE A varied, hands-on position combining team supervision, horticulture, health & safety, and contractor coordination making a real, visible difference to Kendal's public spaces and community assets.
