Account Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person who loves customer service and who would enjoy meeting clients face to face. There is the opportunity for hybrid working after probation. The role comes with a company car. My client has just won a major new client and are expanding their team as a result. This role is very much about building relationships with clients and getting to see them face to face is an important part of this role. There are no sales involved and you will have an existing portfolio to develop and manage. The role pays a basic salary of £26k plus a £3k bonus and comes with a company car, (the bonus is guaranteed for one year and after that is very achievable – most people achieve the full bonus). The ideal candidate will be: * A natural rapport builder who can inject enthusiasm and passion into the role * Excellent Customer Service skills * Numerate and computer literate (Word and Excel) – Grade B/or level 6 GSCE Maths * Able to resolve issues quickly and effectively * Good Presentation skills * Full driving Licence As well as ongoing training and development there is a relaxed but professional working environment with excellent employee benefits along with a competitive salary and achievable bonuses.
