Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to recruit a Project Coordinator team based in Aberdeen.
Our client is a multi-award-winning engineering company operating across several sectors, and this is an exciting time to join the business following a number of significant contract awards and continued growth across their project portfolio.
You will join a collaborative and experienced team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of engineering projects from planning through to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of engineering projects by coordinating activities across engineering, procurement and production teams.
* Assist with tracking project schedules, actions and milestones to ensure timelines are met.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, work packs and final project documentation.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project progress.
* Support procurement activities by tracking materials and ensuring they are delivered in line with project schedules.
* Participate in testing activities and help coordinate third-party witnessing where required.
* Assist with project reporting, updates and project close-out documentation.
* We are keen to speak with candidates who are interested in developing or progressing their career within project delivery in an engineering environment. Previous experience in a project support, project coordination or project administration role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing or technical environments. Experience in managing project documentation, schedules or stakeholder communication and strong organisation skills is essential.
