Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business needs.
- Process Mapping: Develop and refine workflows aligned with BPNM 2.0 standards.
- Solution Guidance: Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to align expectations.
- Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user stories.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT by validating solutions against requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in business analysis and process consulting.
- Hands-on experience with BPNM 2.0 frameworks.
- Ability to guide technical teams on user requirements and solution delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, documentation, and functional specifications.
