Kia PBV Van Sales Manager/LBDM
The Murray Group are bringing the exciting new fully electric Kia PBV vans to Plymouth to run from our Ivybridge Site, which will also operate as our LBDM centre for the Murray Group.
The new Kia PBV5 has recently won the prestigious "One to Watch" award at the What Van? Awards ahead of its official launch and is a hotly anticipated product which will "revolutionise" sustainable mobility.
Kia PBV will offer a range of options, from electric light commercial vehicles to people carriers, offering advanced mobility solutions for business and personal use. This is a truly unique opportunity to get involved with Kia's new PBV concept from the ground up, starting with their new range of professional vans.
The successful candidate will be managing the launch of Kia PBV in Plymouth, bringing this innovative platform to fruition in our market area. You will be given full support from our existing Kia Brand relationships and our existing teams in place across the Murray Group. Whilst building this new business, you will also be the business development lead for the Murray Group, utilising our current network of contacts and expanding it to offer new local business solutions across our range of Brands.
As the Manager launching PBV, you will be responsible for building and leading the Sales team through the rapid growth and development of this significant new range with immense opportunities already building ahead of its full launch. This is a real career opportunity, to take a new product from launch and grow your own team to deliver exceptional results with an ambitious, established Brand.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with great prospecting, rapport building, presenting and negotiation skills. You will be confident working as part of a team and independently when meeting clients and networking. You will need to be highly motivated with exceptional Sales ability and honed time management skills.
What you will need
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
* Previous Van Sales management is desirable but not essential
* Previous field-based sales/business development experience would be an advantage
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Self-motivation and the ability to take responsibility for results.
* Be able to build and manage relationships
* Deliver a fantastic customer experience through all communication channels.
* Ability to pick up processes quickly and work in fast paced environment.

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
