Overview
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support for clinical and administrative colleagues across the organisation, including satellite sites.
Responsibilities
* Provide first line support and logging/problem solving for IT services; act as first point of contact for staff across the organisation.
* Deliver an efficient, friendly, professional service; ensure requests are logged, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner according to SLA.
* Provide first line assistance or forward to second line or third party suppliers as needed to resolve issues.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism; ensure requests are properly tracked and escalated as required.
Requirements
* Entry level IT role; willingness to learn and develop IT service desk skills.
Working arrangements
* This role is on-site and does not qualify for hybrid/remote working.
* Due to visa arrangements, this role does not qualify for sponsoring a work visa.
