Must Have's
* Confidence with Excel - you love using spreadsheets to stay organised
* A natural people person - great with customers and building rapport
* Super organised and great under pressure
* Previous admin experience in a busy office environment
* Proactive, positive and always ready to roll your sleeves up

* Experience scheduling appointments, engineers or similar
* A background in customer service, property or trades
* Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools
So, What Will You Be Doing?
* Building relationships with customers and colleagues to keep everyone updated and in the loop
* Coordinator engineer diaries and book in appointments
* Use your excel skills to track jobs, update schedules and stay ahead of the game
* Make sure engineers have the right info, tools and parts
* Help out with general admin to keep everything running like clockwork
