Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Luvians, Cupar. Located in the heart of our community, this role is vital for providing customers with outstanding service while promoting our unmatched collection of food and drinks. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including display areas for products.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Engage in training to build your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
* Experience in the food and drink sector, retail or service industry, is preferred.
* Enthusiasm for food and drink and for talking about them WSET or similar qualification is useful but not essential. Must be willing to learn, though
* A friendly and welcoming disposition.
* Good problem-solving skills and attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both public-facing and within the team.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
