We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems management, with specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our HR systems.

Main Duties


* Oversee the line management of a team of 2 Systems Analysts, ensuring the seamless operation and functionality of the HR systems.
* SuccessFactors Expertise: Utilise in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to manage, configure, and optimise the system to meet business needs.
* Project Management: Lead HR systems projects from start to finish, including system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
* Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the systems.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to the wider teams and other users of HR systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency.
* Compliance and Security: Ensure that HR systems comply with legal, data protection, and security standards, implementing necessary controls and audits.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics via SuccessFactors to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
* Change Management: Oversee the change management process for HR systems, including communication, training, and support for system users

What we are looking for

* Proven administrative experience and expertise in SuccessFactors, with accreditation in core modules such as Employee Central, Admin Centre, Reporting, and Replication as a minimum.
* Ideal candidates will also possess knowledge and proficiency in the following systems: SAP, AskHR, Reward Gateway, Service Now, Advisor Plus – Empower, CPI, OpenText, Kalidus, and Procius.
* Project Management: Proven experience in leading and managing HR system projects.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
* Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
