Job Description
* Developing and implementing MP&L vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance.
* Managing MP&L budgets, optimising costs, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
* Developing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring MP&L objectives and compliance with regulations.
* Evaluating challenges, mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.
* Overseeing inventory integrity, IT system effectiveness, and interpreting data to inform strategies.
* Fostering environmental strategies, technological advancements, and audits to ensure eco-friendly operations
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Holder of a relevant degree or qualification
* Previous experience of leading MP&L within a Automotive manufacturing environment
* Experience of operating at a strategic level
* Experience in a production planning and ERP based system
