Salary: £50,000£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits (depending on experience)
We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a thriving, food-led gastro pub in the heart of South West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building high-performing teams, and understands what it takes to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving commercial success.
The venue is a well-established neighbourhood destination with a strong reputation for quality food, premium drinks, and warm, welcoming service. Youll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, team development, financial performance, and continued growth of the business.
The Role
Lead and inspire a large front and back-of-house team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest service standards
Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance
Manage labour costs, stock control, and budgets
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
Build strong relationships within the local community
Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives
About You
Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality gastro pub, restaurant, or premium hospitality venue
Strong commercial and financial awareness with full P&L responsibility
Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A natural host who leads from the front and creates memorable guest experiences
Driven, energetic, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards
