Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Night Porter to join the team at the Seabank Hotel, Porthcawl.
Night Porter working hours:
As a Night Porter you will work Circa 16-20 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £14.02, regardless of age!
Night Porter Responsibilities:
As a Night Porter you will be the point of contact for the hotel during the night between the hours of 23:00pm to 07:00am. You will be responsible for making sure the hotel is secure during the night and any guest issues are handled promptly. Should a rare emergency occur, you will need to put your training into action by following the hotel polices and alerting the relevant people. You will regularly walk the hotel and be responsible for cleaning within the public areas.

Essential Skills:
* Experience in a similar role
* Happy to lone work
* Comfortable being in charge of a building during the night
* Ability to understand processes and put these into practice in an emergency
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry
