The Role
GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency who are looking to add upto an Associate Director to their expanding Sales team. This is a growth hire so your focus will be winning Property mandates, generating buyers and market share across multiple key Scottish postcodes.
What You’ll Need
* 5+ Years Experience in Sales
* Experience in Winning Instructions and Driving New Business
* Local knowledge transacting in areas like Stirling, Perth and Fife
* Positive attitude, target-driven mindset
What We Offer
* Upto £45k Basic Salary
* £55-70k+ OTE
