Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organised and dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular organised activities for all residents. These include a variety of social activities such as bingo, singing, sensory equipment and organised local day trips.
Responsibilities
* Organise and deliver regular activities for residents to support a full and flourishing life.
* Coordinate a range of social activities (e.g., bingo, singing, sensory activities, local day trips).
* Work with the wellbeing team to plan activities across the home and ensure coverage throughout the day.
Role Details
* This is a permanent role, working 30 hours per week.
* The wellbeing team works across the home to coordinate activities. The role will require a flexible schedule to provide activities across the day, including 1 early start (9am), 1 later finish (6pm) and 1 weekend every 3 weeks.

Ty Penrhos Care Home in Caerphilly is a large 83 bed home providing a modern, homely setting for older people needing EMI and residential care. The design of Ty Penrhos supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting. The Care Home has been built to exacting standards and supports residents to maximize their independence.
